Size Issues

In case of any issues with the size of your product, it can be easily exchanged. However, to do so, you must report the size issue within the first 30 days of receiving your product. Returns and exchanges will not be made after this 30-day period.

Please note, if the size of the product matches the measurements on our size chart but you selected the wrong one, no returns or exchange will be offered. In case of exchange, you will be required to pay 50% of the product’s cost to process the exchange request.

Moreover, if we make a mistake with the sizing and the product does not match your measurements, we will take complete responsibility for the errors and handle the exchange. However, it is important to remember that you must request the exchange within the first 30 days of receiving the product.

Color Variation Issues

The color of the product may vary due to the differences in screen resolution and other technical factors. If you find that the color of your product is far more different from what was shown online, you should send the picture of the product within 30 days of receiving it while requesting a refund or return. Depending on a genuine request and product availability, we will replace the product or issue a refund.

Damaged Products

If your product arrives in damaged condition due to shipment or any other reason attributable to us, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your product. In such cases, we will cover the shipping costs for returning the product.

Order Cancellation

If you want to cancel your order, it must be done within 24 hours to receive a full refund. If you cancel the order after 24 hours, 25% of the total amount will be deducted from the refund. If the order is canceled three days after verification, 35% will be deducted. Please note, cancellations made after a week are not accepted unless under special circumstances, which will result in a 50% deduction.

Exchanges Due to Size Issues

If you need to exchange your jacket due to a size issue, we offer a new jacket at no extra cost. However, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs, which depend on the size and weight of the product. In case of any such issues, please notify us within 30 days of delivery.

Product Condition In Case of Returns

Products that are damaged or show signs of use from the customer’s side will not be eligible for a refund.

Shipping Costs

While we provide free shipping on initial delivery, customers are responsible for the shipping cost associated with returns and exchanges.

Trial Orders

Products that are ordered solely for trial purposes, for instance, to see if they look good or suit well and other similar reasons, are not eligible for return, refund, and exchange.

Customized Products

Customized products are completely non-refundable. Also, if any tags have been removed from the product, it will not be authorized for return as well. The customer will also have to pay for the return shipment of the product.

Despite offering free shipping, each region has its own custom policies. In this case, customers are responsible for any customs or regional charges applied, even if free shipping is applicable.
