Return & Exchange Policy (30 Days) – Movie Jackets Hub

At Movie Jackets Hub, customer satisfaction is important to us. We carefully inspect every order before dispatch; however, if your item does not meet your expectations, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Returned items must meet the following requirements:

  • Unused, unworn, and unaltered
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • Returned in secure packaging

All returned items are inspected upon arrival. Products showing signs of wear, damage caused after delivery, or alterations will not be eligible for a return or exchange.

Unless otherwise stated, customers are responsible for arranging and covering return shipping costs.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees on approved returns.

Refund Processing

Once the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved, refunds are processed within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Clear images showing the issue must be provided so we can review and offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Incorrect Size (Standard Sizes Only)

If you receive an incorrect standard size, you must notify our customer support team within 3 days of delivery. Please provide clear images of the jacket so we can assess the issue.

Please note:

  • Style, color, or measurement changes cannot be made after 24 hours of order placement
  • Exchange or return requests are subject to approval based on inspection

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please email our customer support team with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear images of the item and issue

For sizing concerns, images of the jacket being worn may be requested to help assess the fit.
For damaged or defective items, images must clearly show the defect.

Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RMA) number along with return instructions.

Returned items must be shipped to the address provided in the RMA email. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Custom Size & Customized Orders

Custom sized and personalized jackets are made specifically according to customer provided measurements and preferences. Due to their personalized nature, custom orders are not eligible for standard returns or full refunds.

If a custom jacket does not fit as expected, we offer fit support solutions, which may include:

  • A complimentary first alteration, or
  • An exchange option, subject to approval

Customers may be responsible for applicable shipping charges. All concerns related to custom orders must be reported within the timeframe stated in this policy.

Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that changes may be needed. Our cancellation terms are as follows:

  • Orders canceled within 24 hours of placement qualify for a full refund
  • Orders canceled after 24 hours but before shipment may be subject to a 15% processing fee
  • Orders cannot be canceled once production has started or the item has been shipped

Approved cancellation refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Shipping Damage Claims

If your package is damaged during transit, notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear images of the damage so we can assess and resolve the issue.

Delayed Delivery

If your order is not delivered within 29 business days from order confirmation and payment verification, you may be eligible for a refund.

For express shipments, if delivery does not occur within 6 business days after dispatch, tracking verification may be requested. If shipment dispatch cannot be confirmed, a full refund, including shipping charges, will be issued.

Credit Card Orders

For orders placed using a credit card:

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted within 48 hours
  • Requests made after this period may be subject to a $10 processing surcharge
