Return & Exchange Policy – Movie Jackets Hub

At Movie Jackets Hub, we want every customer to feel satisfied with their purchase. To make your experience smooth and reliable, we offer a clear and simple 30 day return and exchange policy. If you face any issue with the product, you may contact us through email and submit your complaint within 48 hours of receiving the package. Once your request is received, our support team will review the case and resolve it within the 30 day time frame. After verification, you will be offered either an exchange or a refund depending on the situation. No return request will be accepted once the 30 day period has passed.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, the request must be made within 48 hours. Cancellations made during this period will be refunded in full. The buyer must email our support team to place a cancellation request.
Cancellation requests made after 48 hours will result in an automatic deduction of 35% from the paid amount.
If you cancel the order within 5 days before the scheduled delivery date, a 50% deduction will be applied.
No cancellation will be accepted after 5 days of order confirmation, and cancellations cannot be made once the order has been shipped.

Return and Refund Guidelines

Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your package. Any return, refund, or exchange request made after this timeframe will not be accepted. If you choose to return the product, the cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Additionally, the customer is required to cover the original shipping cost paid by us, as we offer free shipping but these charges are not free on our end.

Refunds or credits will not be issued in situations where you changed your mind about the item, purchased it by mistake, or exceeded the 30 day return window. The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges related to sending the product back.

Returns and exchanges are only approved if there is a genuine issue such as an incorrect size, a design difference, or a noticeable variation from the item shown on our website. In such cases, customers must email us photographs of the product along with a clear image of the collar tag within seven business days. This helps us verify the issue and proceed accordingly.

Products that have been altered, used, or had their tags removed are not eligible for return or exchange. We also do not accept returns or exchanges for orders where multiple identical items were purchased in different sizes, as this policy is often misused.

If you believe the item is not as advertised, you must file a complaint within 48 hours of delivery. Email us images of the received product and highlight the issues you are experiencing. Once verified, we may request you to return the product. After receiving it, we will send you a replacement jacket in the same size you originally ordered. In this case, you will only be responsible for the shipping and handling charges. Refunds or cancellations cannot be made for exchanged products.

If you receive the wrong size or color due to our mistake, notify us by email and include clear photos of the jacket, focusing on the collar tag and color. After our investigation, we will ask you to return the item and will send the correct jacket at no additional cost. In this situation, the customer does not pay any shipping fee.

Exchange Requests

If we delivered the jacket exactly as described but you wish to exchange it for a different size or color, the customer will only need to pay the shipping charges. We will replace the jacket with a new one free of cost. Because the exchange policy is frequently misused, the request must be emailed to us within 48 hours of receiving the product. Any exchange, return, or refund request submitted after this period will not be accepted.

RMA Number Requirement

Once your return is approved, we will issue an RMA number. This number must be clearly placed on the package when sending the product back to our warehouse. Returns without an RMA number will not be processed.

We usually declare packages as gifts to help customers avoid customs fees. However, every country has its own customs regulations, and if any duties or taxes apply, they must be paid by the buyer.
