Throughout the series, McCrea Hope is a recurring character and Vernon Mullins’ husband, Hope, appears in the series. She is Virgin River’s friendly mayor and gossip town. Hope hires Melinda Monroe for a one-year contract to help Vernon Mullins, the local physician. Hope and Mullins have been living separately for over two decades due to problems in their marriage. Annette O’Toole portrayed Hope in the film.

The pointed Annette O’Toole Virgin River Jacket has made from high-quality polyester fabric. The jacket is also lined with soft viscose.
