As part of our commitment to customer satisfaction, we proudly offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.

Order Processing & Delivery Timeline

  • Order Cutoff Time: 1:00 PM (GMT-06:00) Central Standard Time (Chicago)
  • Order Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday)
  • Shipping Transit Time: 4–5 business days (Monday to Saturday)
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 5–7 business days (Free Shipping)

Once your order is confirmed and dispatched, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your shipment until delivery.

If a courier is unable to locate your address or provide a delivery update, our support team will step in promptly to assist and resolve the issue.

International Shipping

We ship internationally and serve customers worldwide. Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by local authorities in the destination country.

These additional charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. Customs clearance procedures may occasionally cause delays, which are beyond our control.

If you are unsure about potential customs fees, we recommend checking with your local customs office prior to placing your order. Our customer support team is always available to assist you with any shipping related questions.

Shipping Method & Couriers

All orders are dispatched from overseas fulfillment centers using reliable international courier services such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS. Every shipment is fully trackable to ensure transparency and peace of mind.

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, you may authorize a neighbor or building representative to receive the package on your behalf. If delivery cannot be completed, the courier will leave a notice with instructions to reschedule delivery.

Please note: We currently do not ship to PO Boxes, APO, DPO, or FPO addresses.

Order Confirmation & Notifications

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your invoice and purchase details. If you do not receive this email, please contact us immediately so we can verify and process your order.

Once your order is shipped, a second email will be sent containing:

  • Your tracking number
  • Shipment dispatch date
  • Estimated delivery date

Most orders arrive within the estimated 5–7 business day timeframe.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your delivery is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, you may request either a replacement shipment or a full refund. In rare cases where a package is lost in transit, we will take immediate action to investigate and resolve the matter.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 3 days of delivery. Our support team will guide you through the resolution process and ensure the issue is handled promptly.
