Holiday Sales & Extended Returns Policy – Movie Jackets Hub

This Holiday Sales Policy applies to purchases made during seasonal promotional periods, including Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and year end sales. It is designed to complement our standard Returns & Refunds Policy while providing extended flexibility during the holiday season.

Extended Holiday Return Window

To accommodate early holiday shopping and gift purchases, we offer an extended return period for eligible orders placed between November 6 and December 25.

  • Eligible orders may be returned until January 31, or within 30 days of delivery, whichever provides a longer return window.
  • All returns must meet the item condition requirements outlined in our standard Returns & Refunds Policy.

Returns & Refunds on Sale Items

Items purchased during holiday promotions are subject to the same quality standards as regular priced items.

  • Standard size jackets purchased at a discounted price are eligible for return or size exchange.
  • Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after the return is received and inspected.

Custom & Made to Measure Orders

Customized and made to measure jackets are produced according to individual specifications and measurements.

  • These items are not eligible for standard returns or refunds, including during holiday sales.
  • If a custom item does not fit as intended, customers may contact us to discuss alteration options, subject to review and approval.
  • Requests related to fit concerns must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Shipping During the Holiday Season

  • Standard shipping remains free on all eligible orders, including during holiday promotions.
  • Orders are shipped using reputable international carriers such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS.
  • While most orders ship within our standard processing and delivery timelines, delays may occur during peak holiday periods due to increased carrier volume.
  • Customers placing custom or made to measure orders are encouraged to allow additional processing time.

How to Initiate a Holiday Return

To request a return or exchange for a holiday purchase, please contact us at contact@moviejacketshub.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the item (required for damaged or incorrect items)

Once approved, return instructions will be provided. Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
